1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using PickAWin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

PickAWin is a platform for running social-media giveaways. The service includes comment extraction, a draw with cryptographic (SHA-256) verification, and shareable results.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your giveaways comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, the policies of the social networks you use, and any applicable regulations.

The platform is not responsible for compliance with promotional-sweepstakes regulations in your country. Obtaining any required authorizations is the organizer's responsibility.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal internationally; PIX via Woovi/Asaas and Mercado Pago in Brazil). Pricing is pay-per-draw — there is no subscription. One-off payments are non-refundable once the draw has been run.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will meet specific expectations. Comment extraction depends on the availability of the social networks' APIs.

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, and design of the platform are the property of LPG Digital. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new terms.
